Workshops
Move through a ballet class in your own way, on your own terms. Wear what you want, pause when you want. Class starts with a brief movement meditation, transitions into a ballet barre filled with options, and concludes with a nurturing cool-down stretch. The class will allow you to:
Listen to the individual needs of your mind and body
Participate at your own pace, take care of yourself, pause and stop whenever you need to, and feel the support of everyone around you
Return to the joy of ballet while reclaiming your relationship with your body
Use ballet to serve your own needs and individual bodies rather than try to fit into ballet's standards
Ballet My Way

This class can also be great for actors/singers looking to gain more body knowledge for potential dance auditions and jobs.

Intro to Yoga
“I’d love to try yoga but I’m too intimidated and don’t know where to begin!”
“I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible enough!”
“I could never quiet my mind enough to do yoga!”
If you’ve ever had any of these thoughts, you’ve found the right place. Yoga is about beginning where you are and I am here to take you on a journey with your mind, body, breath, and movement. You will learn the very basics of how to learn, heal, and grow through yoga.
Gentle Yoga
You give to everyone around you. You don’t feel like you have the time for yourself. Does this sound like you? What if you committed just one hour a week to YOURSELF? You’ll be reinvigorated and reassured as you gain strength and flexibility, improve your posture, and learn tools to cope with stress.
Vinyasa Flow
Class includes meditation, intentional warm up to support the body, faster paced flow sequences to engage the body and move through space, strengthening work, a cool down stretch, and a rest. The benefits you’ll receive include:
Connection to your body, mind, and breath
Improved strength, balance, and flexibility
Increased energy levels and improved sleep and moods
The ability to challenge and celebrate yourself
Yoga for Performing Artists
This is a Vinyasa Flow class that is geared to the performing artist. Themes of class will include:
Discovering how to push yourself while remaining gentle and patient with your mind and body
Exploring true agency and empowerment with your body
Learning tools to warm up for and cool down after a class, audition, performance, etc.
Seated Yoga
Learn poses, sequences, and tools to use from a chair or seated position. These are shorter classes (10-20 minutes) created specifically for those taking breaks from work. Whether you are a visual artist creating their children’s book, a law student studying for the bar, an elementary school teacher during nap time, or anyone who has just a moment to take time for themselves, this is for you.
The Whole Artist
First and foremost, we are human beings. We deserve to advocate for ourselves, use our voices, and express ourselves fully. We deserve to keep ourselves healthy and safe as performing artists. Learn tools, tips, and hear anecdotes about all things performing arts related: side jobs, alternative paths, caring for one's health, gaining community, making your own work, etc.
Journaling + Creativity
Connect to yourself, organize your life, understand your needs and desires, accomplish your goals, dream big and follow through with a supportive group of people.
