  • Determine individual strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to work with both

  • Discuss lifestyle, health, and happiness


WORKSHOPS

Workshops include group discussion and movement, supporting the complex and specific needs of each individual by creating a space to explore the following topics:

  1. DANCER WELLNESS: Learn tools and techniques to take care of your whole being

  2. BALLET MY WAY: Learn how ballet can work with and for your unique, beautiful body

  3. COLLEGE TALK: Learn how to make your dreams a reality
